SL vertical ring and pulsating high gradient magnetic separator (SL VPHGMS) utilizes the combined force field of magnetism, pulsating fluid and gravity to continuously beneficiate fine weakly magnetic minerals. It is equipped with unique pulsating mechanism and possesses the advantages of large beneficiation ratio, high recovery, and a matrix that does not easily clog.

SL VPHGMS won the Chinese Invention Patent.

Application Field
1. For processing fine, feebly magnetic minerals, such as hematite, limonite, ilmenite, wolframite, tantalumniobium, and etc.
2. For purifying (iron and titanium removal) nonmetallic minerals such as quartz, feldspar, nephline, fluorite, ceramic, material, and etc.

Technical Data
The SL-1000, SL-1250, SL-1500, SL-1750, SL-2000 and SL-2500 have been developed for minerals processing industry. The SL-500 and SL-750 are developed for laboratory use only.
