l Application field
Wet type high gradient permanent magnetic drum separator DLSY Series (hereinafter called " DLSY Series") can be sued to upgrade weakly magnetic metallic minerals and pure non-metallic minerals including magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite, hematite, ilmenite, ilmenite, wolframite, tantalum-niobium ore, manganese, feldspar, quartz, nepheline, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene and etc. It has the advantages of high enrichment ratio, high separation efficiency, no-blocking, reliable performance, easy operation, low maintenance, energy saving and pro-environment. This kind of magnetic separator are able to improve recovery and concentrate grade, reduce processing cost and improve economic performance.
l Technical features
(1) Magnetic system of DLSY Series is made up of NdFeB magnets, the magnetic field of drum surface can achieve to 8000 GS, matrix covered on the drum surface can induce high gradient magnetic field, it is of advanced technology and reasonable structure. Special design made the distribution of magnetic strength more reasonable.
(2) It is hard to be blocked and lost because of the special design for the matrix.
(3) The rotating direction of drum is clockwise rotation.
(4) High magnetic strength, long magnetic field area and good effectiveness.
(5) Simple structure and large capacity.
