Lifting Electromagnet MW5 Series for handling steels, working as lifting appliance of traveling electric crane, mobile crane/ lifting truck, excavator etc.

Functions: Handling casting ingots, steel balls and other steel scraps.

1. The electromagnet is sealed up, with good moisture and dust proofing.
2. Structure of magnet is reasonably designed and optimized, features light weight, strong attraction force and low energy consumption.
3. Energizing coils to generate magnetic strength is processed with special technology, to improve its electrical and mechanical property. Insulation Grade of coils is F to H for longer service life.
4. The energizing ratio is increased from 50% to 60% or 75%, with higher effectiveness.
5. With special heat-protection method, materials up to 700 degree centigrade can be handled by the lifting magnet.
6. Considerate design for easy and convenient installation, operation and maintenance.
7. Complete scope of supply, including control panels, cable, cable reels, lifting chains, beams and battery sets.

The electromagnet is dealt with special technology, thus insulation grade can be up to Grade F.
Coils of magnets are made of Aluminum (flat aluminum wire covered by double spun glass) or cooper.
